MIRA COSTA LINK CREW

This is the fourth year Costa has offered a Link Crew class on campus. While students do not need to take the course to be a Link Leader, anyone interested in taking on a larger role within the program is encouraged to join. The course is designed to empower students to become stronger leaders, closer listeners, reflective goal setters, and more empathetic individuals. We explore leadership skills from public speaking to group collaboration, take a large role in creating and running Link Crew events, communicate with non-class Link Leaders to ensure our program is aligned and productive, and frequently participate in reflective activities so we can improve as individuals and a group.
